1. Pack the item including your order reference and your name. The item should be in its original plastic bag including label and tags.

For returns from non-EU countries high costs can be incurred due to tariff regulations, import taxes etc. These costs are to be borne by you. Please contact our Customer Service beforehand whenever questions arise.

When returning packages we recommend that you use tracked delivery, as we assume no responsibility for lost or delayed returns. We will only assume responsibility of the package when it has arrived at our warehouse. You will be informed by Email as soon as we have received it.

Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. We recommend that you inform yourself about the delivery costs at the post office versus different delivery services, so you can find most affordable and convenient delivery service for your return.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you don’t like what you got, you can undo the entire order within that period. The cancellation does not require any stated reason or mandatory form, so it can be made in oral or text form (e.g. by an email, fax, mail). 

Please note that shipping costs (even if offered at the time of the purchase) will be deducted from the refund. See table below.

RETURNS OF ORDERS WITH GIFT-VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers (vouchers that have been bought) will be reimbursed following a return. Depending on the value of your returned product all or some of the voucher’s value will be credited to your customer account. Gift vouchers cannot be substituted for cash.

RETURNS OF ORDERS WITHIN A PROMOTION

Sales campaigns & promotions:
Please note that if you return an item purchased through an advertising campaign, the promotion becomes invalid. In other words, the claim for the free article or the saving expires.

Promotional vouchers:
Please note: Promotional vouchers will not be refunded in case of complete or partial return of your order. Furthermore, certain promotional vouchers are only valid in a specified period within a sales campaign.

REFUNDED AMOUNT:

It can take up to 10 business days to receive the refunded amount on your credit or debit card. For Paypal it's instant.

ITEMS NOT COLLECTED OR REFUSED DURING DELIVERY

Those items will be automatically send back to us and the customer will be charged for the actual shipping cost value. The price will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
